Dolomia water awarded three International star

The water that flows within the Dolomite Regional Park has been commended for excellence by the International Taste&Quality Institute of Brussels.
Three gold stars in the Superior Taste Award 2013 to Dolomia water for its excellence is the classification given by the International Taste&Quality Institute, headquartered in Brussels, which promotes and evaluates products of superior quality from around the world.
A jury of over 120 chefs and sommeliers from around the world, selected from among the most prestigious European food and wine associations, awarded Dolomia the highest commendation on their rating scale which is the result of a rigorous sensorial evaluation process that examines the organoleptic aspects of the product including visual appearance, aroma, texture and taste.
“We are proud of this important international evaluation that highlights our water,” says managing director Gilberto Zaina. “On a European level, Dolomia stands out for being one of the lightest and pH basic mineral waters thanks to its dry residue of 108 mg/l and pH of 8.2, as well as the extremely low and virtually non-existent sodium level of 0.16 mg/l. It is a mineral water that can be used in the preparation of baby formulas, according to the standards of the Italian Ministry of Health. Yet another sign of recognition for Dolomia in 2013 which is proving to be a particularly important one for our ever-growing company," Zaina concludes.
